WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING?
All orders are charged Shipping & Handling for standard ground transportation. Quick shipments such as "Next Day Air" ,"Second Day Air" or "Saturday Delivery will be advised by our shipping department prior to shipment. All internet orders are shipped standard ground delivery with delivery time up to 5 business days. All parts will ship the same day as ordered if AC Parts Distributors have it in stock. For all QUICK Shipments (Overnight, 2 or 3 day air), please call us at (877) 679-6400. The delivery time is based on stock availability of all parts. If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while in transit, the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of the purchaser, as well as return shipping charges. All cancelled orders are subject to 25% restocking fee. All parts SHOULD ship the same day as ordered if we have it in stock. WE WILL SHIP FROM WAREHOUSE TO A PORT OF YOUR CHOICE. WE DO NOT EXPORT.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Terms Purchasers may pay with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express or by mailing a business or cashier's check. No personal checks are accepted. At AC Parts Distributors, export orders may be subject to special export payment terms and quotations. All payments must be made in United States Currency. AC Parts Distributors shall have the right of set-off and deduct any sums owed. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED/WHEN WILL IT GET THERE?
How soon will my order be delivered/when will it get there? Once your order is SHIPPED, it could take up to 5 business days (standard ground delivery).  Your online orders will be shipped via standard delivery. For all QUICK shipments, please call us at (877) 679-6400. If you have any questions about the shipping of your order, please e-mail or call us. The delivery time is based on stock availability of all part(s).

PRICE QUOTES
Prices online and offline are subject to change without notice. AC Parts Distributors tries to update and manager over 1,000,000 parts in our database. Manufacturers change their prices daily but we do a very good job for the most part as far as keeping the prices updated. Verbal quotations are only good for the same day quoted. Written quotations will be honored for thirty (30) days from the day quoted.

EXPECTED SHIPMENT
Expected shipment times are when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. The delivery time is also based on stock availability of all part(s).

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
You cannot cancel once we place the order from the factory for non-stock items. Special Order items require some additional time before they can be shipped. For example, "Special Order" please add an additional 2-4 weeks for product adjustment time. Your Special Order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved in advance, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the status of your Special Order item by e-mail. There are "No Cancellations.”

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
All shipments are prepaid and add. All orders are charged Shipping & Handling with standard ground transportation unless specified differently. An additional handling charge will not be added to shipments of backordered items. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as shipment from point specified by customer will be added to order total. Export orders may be subject to special terms and conditions. Title and risk of loss will be passed on to purchaser on delivery to the common courier. If product is damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with the courier service NOT WITH AC Parts Distributors.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered. All Internet orders are shipped via standard delivery by default. We have several other options - Next Day Air, 2nd and 3rd day Air as well as Saturday delivery. Please call our Customer Service Center at (877) 679-6400 for assistance and processing of all quick shipments. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. The delivery time is also based on stock availability of all part(s). Note: Delivery time is calculated on business days which are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE Alaska OR Hawaii

AC PARTS DISTRIBUTORS DOES NOT EXPORT OUTSIDE THE USA. WE WILL SHIP FROM WAREHOUSE TO A PORT OF YOUR CHOICE.

PRICING
All prices quoted and/or listed on our web site are our customers' net costs in United States Currency. Prices do not include freight, handling, applicable federal, state or local taxes, or duties. Prices and terms herein are subject to change without notice.

RECEIPT OF PURCHASE/ORDER CONFIRMATION
After filling out and submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your product will be shipped the same business day if the product is in stock and if the order is received before 12:00 PM (Noon). If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while being in transit the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of purchaser. Also all cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee & $0.31 processing fee.

LIABILITY
This equipment IS NOT intended to be installed by anyone without the proper expertise, background, and certification. We acknowledge and applaud do-it-yourselfers (Un-licensed contractors), however you accept all risk for both installation and equipment selection. You are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible and that you are familiar with the HVAC equipment. We strongly encourage an on-site inspection by a certified professional. Our advice is the result of information obtained by you and is limited in that we don't have full knowledge of the details and scope of your particular needs. We will do our best, given the limited circumstances under which our advice is administered, to provide you with accurate and up to date information. Anyone without the proper expertise, background, and certification should have a licensed qualified person install, service or repair their equipment. WE DO NOT PRICE VARIANCE FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN PURCHASED & SHIPPED. THIS ISN’T WALMART!!!

NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS, ON ANY ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC ITEMS OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
No cancellations, no refunds on custom/special orders, on any electrical/electronic items or international orders. You cannot cancel once we place the order from the factory for non-stock items. Please check all information carefully. All custom/special orders, any electrical/electronic items and international orders are non-returnable which includes non-standard stock items.

DAMAGED ITEMS
AC Parts Distributors is not responsible for the mishandling of items during shipping. It is the customers responsibility to inspect purchased items prior to signing for receipt of these items. If the item is damaged, reject the item back to the shipper and notify AC Parts Distributors of the damage and that the shipment was rejected. Otherwise, if the item is determined to be damaged after signing for receipt of the item, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back, including shipping charges. If you have received a defective part please call us for a return claim. You will have to pay for the new part as well as shipping to be sent again. Once we receive it and test it, we will notify you of the results at which time we will credit your card if the part is defective. If it is NOT found defective, you will not receive a credit or the part back, nor the shipping charges. If the item has been determined to be damaged/defective and a refund is requested, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee on all parts and equipment. Shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations.

RETURNS
Equipment and/or parts that have attempted to be installed are not returnable (examples of not returnable: mounting fan blade to new motor shaft, or applying pipe dope on new valve threads or any action that renders the item no longer brand new in the box). All products that HAVE NEVER BEEN ATTEMPTED TO BE INSTALLED INTO YOUR SYSTEM, MUST BE returned in their original shipping container, with an approved RMA from our parts department within 10 days from purchase date. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee on all parts and equipment. No refunds will be given on returned items received after 30 days of issuing an RMA. Shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations. AMEX credit card fees are not refundable. Items valued at over $75 must be returned with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. ALL refunds are subject to a $0.31 credit card processing fee.

NO REFUNDS ON ANY ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC ITEMS
No cancellations, returns or refunds on any electrical/electronic items (including capacitors). Please remember, these are delicate parts, used to safely operate equipment. Excessive handling of these delicate parts reduces their effective life. These parts have been already shipped & handled once from the OEM manufacturer and again to the buyer. Returns require these delicate parts to be shipped & handled, at minimum twice more before these parts finally enter into the system, used to safely operate equipment. Please check all information carefully before placing your order.

ORDER MINIMUM
Our internet order minimum is $25. All orders are charged an 8% of total order for Shipping & Handling for standard ground transportation, except for special situations such as over-sized equipment shipment.

KEEP GOOD RECORDS
Make sure to print or save electronically any records related to your online transactions. This will help you keep track of shipping dates, shipping and handling fees, and other details of your transactions.

SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT
We ship from many warehouses from around the United States. Our computer system ships your product from the closest warehouse to you direct. The delivery time is based on stock availability of all part(s). WE WILL SHIP FROM WAREHOUSE TO A PORT OF YOUR CHOICE. WE DO NOT EXPORT.

SAFETY FIRST
Before you begin any repairs or installation on your heating and/or air conditioning systems, consult all manufacturers’ safety warnings and procedures. If you are not comfortable or have no experience working with electricity, or with natural gas, L.P. Gas, we would highly recommend you calling a licensed contractor.

SECURITY POLICY
We use a technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt any personal information you transmit to us online. The information is encrypted on your computer and decoded after it reaches our secure server. This information cannot be decrypted during transmission.

WARRANTY POLICY
We provide a warranty on some of the manufacturer's products we sell. Manufacture warranties are for manufacture defects, NOT improper operation and/or maintenance. Manufacture warranties are void unless installed by a licensed technician. AMEX credit card fees are not refundable. Shipping and handling charges are not covered under this one-year warranty. Purchaser will ship defective part to us at their own expense. AMEX credit card fees are not refundable. We are not responsible for any labor charges on parts or equipment of any kind. Purchaser should have a licensed qualified person install service or repair their equipment. To validate your warranty claim, a licensed contractor must diagnose the failure and identify the specific part and/or parts that have failed. This diagnosis must be outlined on a service ticket or company letterhead from the contractor and a copy submitted prior to issuing an RGA. This diagnosis must also include the make, model & serial number of the unit, the defective part is located in. Failure to submit this diagnosis will result in denial of any warranty claim. WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED ON ITEMS SHIPPED/TAKEN OUTSIDE THE USA AND/OR COLLECT COMPRESSOR SHIPPING.

WHY IS WESBITE PRICING LOWER THAN AC PARTS DISRIBUTORS AMAZON WEBSTORE
Amazon charges 20% commissions on all orders.  As such, we transfer that cost to the buyer.

Products nameplated with the Emerson logo and produced by the Emerson Motor Company continue to be supported by Nidec Motor Corporation. As part of the transition in ownership from Emerson to Nidec Corporation, products manufactured after September 30, 2011, will carry the U.S. Motors brand logo on their nameplates.
